Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from GB. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage may not be accepted.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes clearance or marked-down merchandise, gift cards, earrings, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and any item marked final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact GB within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, orders cannot be canceled.
